Workouts can feel intimidating, but we’re here to help. Before each session, our coaches walk the class through the workout, focusing on proper form. Our goal is to help you build both strength and technique, so you can stay consistent and safe.
Motivation
This is CrossFit. We do hard things and push our bodies past what we think our limitations may be. We support one another in each goal, even if that is to show up consistently. When one “fails”, we encourage and love one another to shake it off and try again or try another day. We are students, professors, retirees, military, nurses, admin, artists, moms, dads, and over all incredible humans.


Results
In the CrossFit community, there’s a saying: “You can do anything for 15 minutes.” Sometimes it’s 20, sometimes just 8, but the message remains the same. We’re not just training our bodies—we’re training our minds, too. The mind tends to give up before the body does. But if you can master your mindset, your body will rise to the challenge.
